 ✅ We currently offer free shipping in Singapore ONLY. For international shipping, please reach out to our support on the contact page, we will be happy to make special arrangements depending on your needs. 

✅ Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

✅ Singapore Standard shipping time covered by our delivery partners is presented below. You can find them when choosing a delivery method before confirming your order:

  • For free shipping: 5-7 days
  • For paid shipping: 3-5 days
  • For urgent shipping: 1-2 days
  • Self collection or same day or next day (please message beforehand to confirm) delivery
✅ For international shipping time, it varies from item to item. If your order comprises of more than 1 item, it may be sent to you together or separately as we strive to ship the product from the warehouse with stock availability closest to you first.

    ❓ How do I check the status of my order?

     ✅ When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

     ✅ If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.

    🔄  Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    ✅ We accept returns up to 7 days after purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
