As we are an internet retailer, our primary communication route is via email, telephone, sms or whatsapp. However, before contacting us we ask that you read the updates below which may answer your questions:

Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes:
Our normal dispatch window is 2 working days. If for some reason there is a delay with your order we will email you to advise you of this.

Availability of Products:
Any products currently showing as out of stock will be switched on as soon as they become available.

Customer Services:
Our Customer Service Team aim to answer all emails within 48 hours, excluding weekends. The team works Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm.

If your question relates to an order already placed, we would ask that you include your order number in your email so we can track your order more effectively.
